Introduction of Adobe After Effect

Adobe After Effects is a 2.5D animation software used for animation, visual effects, and motion picture compositing.  After Effects is used in film, TV, and web video creation. This software is used in the post-production phase and has hundreds of effects that can be used to manipulate imagery. This allows you to combine layers of video and images into the same scene.

Sketch

this is my first sketch which is something like magic wind or other magic things floating in my hand. After that, there have some smoke came out from my back.

This is my second sketch also the one I decided to use for the final outcome. It is also me sitting on a throne and holding a magic ball that is brightening. There is also some smoke blocking me so I can look faintly discernible.

Before going to try the second time, I decided to add more elements into the photoshop or the video will be too boring.

I use almost 20 minutes to wait for After Effect to render it.

It really takes me 40 minutes to wait to encode this video.

A short explanation for this video

As you can see the mist is blocking me, after there was a flash of light, then the mist dissipated. Its means that something is blocking me so I can see and find any target for my future. The light is my passion and motivation for my dream, one day he will surely lead me to find and see my future.

Can have some other effect, the video is a little bit boring if just the magic ball has the animation.

Reflection

I have to say this final project is really really fun for me. I am really enjoying it. For the outcome from the photoshop, I think I can have more adjustments for it so that it can be more special and colourful. For the After Effect, actually, I am satisfied with it but maybe I can add more effect to it so the video can look full and rich.
