Progression of logos
At first, I wanted to combine the swan and "Easibu" together and I
thought the "S" character shape was close to the swan so I used it to form
a swan. other than that, I also tried to use the letters "E" and "B" to
form a pair of wings for a swan in the right column because I think they
have more potential to look like wings.

After getting feedback, some classmates and tutor strongly recommended
I make a swan more elegant or it won't look like a swan so I made
this.

At first, I didn't know that we could use just some online images to make
our Instagram posts, so I have changed all of them into different designs
like below.

After consultation, many classmates feel that the content on it is too long
and the Sibu with the blue block is quite useless, they won't read it if
they saw this post. So, I changed the design again.

These two posters have the same problem which is the art direction is

Week 10
1. The website does not have enough things besides ‘about us’ and ‘contact us’.
2. the Instagram post can try more because it’s boring if just using photography.
Next plan of action
1. Add more things to the website.
2. Solidify app (maybe change to a poster because the app is a bit hard for me).
3. At least some idea about the promotional video.
4. Improve the Instagram post.

Week 12
Website - somewhere is weird. the art direction is not the same.
Social media - text is too long, and the “sibu” in the blue block is useless.
Poster - the typeface is not the same as before (social media and website) make it the same and change some of the design.
Video - some footage is too long ( can be considered).
Next plan of action
Make sure that all my touchpoints have the same art direction, and make them all more consistent.
Reflection
First of all, I really enjoy doing this assignment. It is because I know Sibu better, the small town where I grew up. I just realized that Sibu has so many attractions worth visiting. I learned about the history and culture of these scenic spots through my assignment. I know better Sibu when I do research about it. Besides that, I feel my design sense also getting better after getting a lot of feedback from Ms Lilian and my classmates, this is a huge help for my future so I am really glad that they helped me that much.
